"Unveiling of $3B Entertainment and Gaming Development in Coney Island"

The Coney, a $3 billion entertainment and gaming development project, has released new details and renderings. Backed by Saratoga Casino Holdings, Global Gaming Solutions (a business entity of the Chickasaw Nation), Legends, and Thor Equities, this project aims to revitalize the Coney Island area with a 500-room hotel, 2,500-seat concert venue, and space for local businesses.

This ambitious project is currently seeking a casino license from New York State in order to add a world-class gaming facility. Located in the heart of Coney Island’s bustling entertainment district, the development plans to create an economic engine that will provide year-round job opportunities for residents while reducing seasonal fluctuations in business. The expansive property will feature amenities such as a 250,000+ square-foot hotel,a convention center with over 92,o00 square feet of meeting space, and more than an acre of publicly accessible open space.

According to Sam Gerrity – CEO of Saratoga Casino Holdings,”We have repeatedly heard that Coney Island needs sustainable economic support while also improving infrastructure in one its most densely traveled areas.TheConeymakes perfect sense as it is situated within an existing entertainment district just steps away from oneof NYC’s most iconic landmarks.”
