Skyline Ranch Owner Plans Expansive Mixed-Use Development Near University of North Dallas

Robert Pitre, owner of Skyline Ranch, is moving closer to launching an ambitious 65-acre mixed-use development near the University of North Dallas. The proposed project, named University Hills, will include apartments, condominiums, retail space, and a variety of other amenities. The development is expected to go before the Dallas City Council for final approval as early as May 28.

The first phase of the project will focus on infrastructure development to support future construction. Once complete, University Hills is slated to feature 1.5 million square feet of commercial space, thousands of residential units, and more than 50 acres of green space. Additional plans for the site include a hotel, build-to-suit office space, and even a stadium, making it one of the most significant mixed-use projects underway in the Dallas area.
