**United Talent Agency Renews Full-Building Headquarters Lease in Beverly Hills**
DivcoWest, a leading commercial real estate investment firm operating under DivCore Capital, has announced the renewal of United Talent Agency’s (UTA) long-term headquarters lease at UTA Plaza. The two-building office campus spans 192,000 square feet and is located at 9336-9346 Civic Center Drive in Beverly Hills. UTA has been the sole occupant of the property since 2011.
“UTA has been a valued tenant since we acquired the building in 2018, and we’re pleased to continue this relationship as their real estate partner in Los Angeles,” said Costa Petrunoff, Managing Director of Investments at DivcoWest.
The agency’s Beverly Hills headquarters supports operations across its major Los Angeles-based business segments, including filmed entertainment, music, digital creators, and sports. In addition to its L.A. presence, UTA maintains offices in multiple other U.S. cities as well as in the UK.
UTA Plaza, originally built in 1985, comprises two four-story granite-clad office buildings connected by a skybridge. The campus includes an expansive outdoor plaza and features underground parking.
