United Properties, a Minneapolis-based commercial property investment firm, has recently acquired Champlin Shores, a senior living community in Champlin, Minnesota. The property will now be known as Amira Choice Champlin and will be managed by operating partner Ebenezer Senior Living.
As part of the Amira Choice brand, United Properties plans to renovate the facility with new furniture, flooring and fixtures over the next three years. Situated just half a mile from the Mississippi River, this community offers 133 units with various floor plans including studios and one- or two-bedroom options. Residents can also enjoy scenic views from its large deck overlooking Mill Pond as well as easy access to nearby walking paths.
Amira Choice Champlin is now among six other communities owned by United Properties in Minneapolis-St.Paul metro area along with two others located in Florida. Additionally,the company owns three active adult communities under their Amira brand in Twin Cities and has future expansion plans for their portfolio.
