United Properties Breaks Ground on INOVA Industrial Campus in Centennial, Colorado

United Properties has officially broken ground on Phase 1 of the INOVA industrial campus, a major industrial development located in Centennial, Colorado. The expansive 43-acre site is master-planned to eventually include up to five industrial buildings.

The project recently secured over $20 million in equity investment through representation provided by Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group. The advisory team included Will Strong, Michael Matchett, Molly Hunt, Jack Stamets and Madeline Warren.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Tyler Smith, who will lead leasing efforts, noted that Phase 2 of the campus will feature three adjacent sites designed for build-to-suit opportunities ranging from 30,000 to 200,000 square feet. These sites will be available for either sale or lease.

Phase 1 of the INOVA development comprises two industrial buildings totaling 255,250 square feet—one at 141,480 square feet and the other at 113,770 square feet. The larger development plans also offer flexibility for custom build-to-suit developments up to approximately 200,000 square feet. Completion of Phase 1 is currently scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.

Murray and Stafford, Inc. is serving as the general contractor for the project.
