United Properties, an investment and development company, has promoted Laura Rogers to the role of General Counsel and Senior Vice President. In her new position, Rogers will join the Minneapolis-based firm’s strategic leadership team while providing legal guidance to management and transactional oversight. She and her team will focus on improving efficiency of outside legal services as well as streamlining internal processes.

Rogers joined United Properties four years ago as its first in-house counsel where she established a strong legal team while implementing strategies for effectively managing risk. During her tenure at United Properties she has helped navigate major milestones such as closing the RBC Gateway loan, licensing Four Seasons Hotel along with expanding into Austin market.
