The Garden City Center, located at 100 Quentin Roosevelt Blvd. in Garden City, NY within Nassau County’s Long Island, has recently signed a long-term lease with NYSUT – a federation of over 1,200 local unions. The lease is for a spacious 15,000 square feet and follows the completion of Feil Organization’s capital improvement program for the property.
According to Andrew Wiener, head of commercial office leasing at Feil Organization: “Our recent renovations have transformed Garden City Center into one of the premier office spaces on Long Island.” He also stated that their commitment to maintaining top-quality properties has attracted prestigious tenants like NYSUT.
Jerry Guerra and Jeff Nemshin from The Paragon Group represented NYSUT in this deal while Wiener and Robert Fisher represented Feil Organization in-house. This successful transaction further solidifies Feil as a leading provider of high-end offices strategically located to cater to diverse tenant needs.
