Unilev Expands Atlanta Industrial Portfolio

Unilev Capital, a real estate investment firm, has recently acquired a 141,481-square-foot industrial portfolio in Norcross, GA for $18.2 million from Berkeley Partners. This purchase marks Unilev’s expansion into the Southeast region of the United States.

According to Ian Konowitch of Unilev Capital, they are excited about their growth in the Atlanta market and plan to continue expanding their multi-tenant industrial strategy throughout both Atlanta and other parts of the Southeast. Currently occupied by 13 tenants at an occupancy rate of 86%, this portfolio consists of three light industrial buildings built between 1973 and 1978 located at Warren Drive.

These properties offer features such as clear heights reaching up to 18 feet tall with a total number of twenty-three dock-high doors equipped with dock levelers, bumpers and loading doors. Conveniently situated near interstates I-85 and I-285 with only six miles away from Chamblee GA., seven miles away from DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK), seventeen miles away from downtown Atlanta while also being within twenty-eight miles distance Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL).

The seller was represented by JLL who successfully procured Unilev Capital as the buyer for this transaction.
