Unico Draws Global Insight from Bellevue to Seattle Waterfront

Unico Properties LLC, a real estate investment and operating company, has drawn Insight Global, a premier staffing agency from Bellevue to 2323 Elliott on the new Seattle waterfront. Growing from 25,000 square feet at Bellevue Place to 75,000 square feet at the Seattle building – representing the largest new office lease by a private company thus far in 2023 – Insight Global is taking up residence in an entire building. Jodi Selvey with Colliers Atlanta and Leigh Callaghan and Jeff Jeremiah with Colliers Seattle represented them throughout this transaction.

The 2323 Elliott office building sits atop a five-story parking garage offering direct access to the revitalized Seattle waterfront via Bell Street Pedestrian Bridge. Mayor Bruce Harrell bolstered his support of downtown business community by playing an integral role in facilitating Insight Global’s move from Eastside to this prime location along the waterfront; Unico delivered their remodeled and rebranded property back in 2021 for such purpose as well.
