**Define Living Plans Residential Community at Houston’s Central Park**
Houston-based residential developer Define Living has acquired a 10.4-acre parcel in Central Park from fellow Houston-based firm, Wolff Companies. The new community, named Define Living: Park Row, will be developed along Park Row Boulevard near I-10 and Central Park West Boulevard in Houston’s Energy Corridor. This marks the second residential community for Define Living.
The development will consist of a mid-rise, four-story structure offering 388 apartment units, with one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 657 to 1,089 square feet. Each unit will feature private patios and be available at various price points.
Committed to resident wellness, the community will include an array of amenities such as daily DEFINE fitness classes, indoor cycling and yoga studios, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and personal wellbeing coaches for each resident.
Mucasey & Associates has been tapped as the project architect, while Blazer Building will take charge of construction. Groundbreaking is expected in the fourth quarter of 2025, with the onsite clubhouse set for completion by the fourth quarter of 2026. The residential buildings are expected to be delivered shortly thereafter.
