A 105,000-square-foot facility on the west side of TDECU Stadium will house the university’s football operations, including training space, locker room, health and nutrition area as well as staff offices. The project will also connect this facility to TDECU Stadium at its west end zone.

Renovations to TDECU Stadium are estimated at around $50 million which includes a new scoreboard as well as 14 suites with 392 club seats plus 294 ledge seats on a party deck. Revenue from these renovations is expected to exceed $90 million over its term period.
