A new partnership has been formed between real estate private equity firm Blue Arch, Lincoln Property Company, and LoanCore Capital for the ownership and operation of Park Sixty. This Class-A medical office building is located at 110 E. 60th St on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The financial details of the partnership were not disclosed.
Park Sixty is a block-through property that includes 179,000 square feet of medical office space and an additional 7,000 square feet for retail use. Recently undergoing a $20 million renovation, this property offers high-quality space for healthcare providers.
