Optimus Properties, LLC recently acquired Home Ranch Commons in Yorba Linda for an undisclosed amount. The retail strip center spans 60,703 square feet and is located at 18601-18653 Yorba Linda Blvd. Built in 1984, the center is anchored by UCI Health which occupies over one-third of the space.
According to Optimus Properties, Home Ranch Commons is a secure investment with long-term potential due to its mix of wellness-focused, community-oriented and internet-resistant tenants. UCI Health has established a multi-specialty clinic within the center offering various services such as breast health, cardiology and urology.
Principal and co-founder Kamyar Shabani expressed excitement about their first acquisition in Yorba Linda with Home Ranch Commons. He stated that the property’s prime location along with its strong tenant mix make it an ideal addition to their portfolio as they continue expanding into thriving markets.
