Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Tyler Morss as director of its Healthcare Capital Markets Team. In his new role, Morss will be responsible for providing equity, debt and structured finance solutions to healthcare real estate investors, developers and occupiers nationwide. He will be based in the firm’s New York City office with team members in San Diego, Chicago and Nashville.
Morss brings over nine years of experience in commercial real estate structured finance, investment and business development to the role. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield he worked as Director of Capital Markets at Keyway in New York where he was responsible for assembling credit facilities and funding acquisitions.
