Two Trees Launches First Condo Tower at Domino Sugar Factory Campus

Two Trees Management has announced the grand opening of One Domino Square, the first condominium tower at their Domino Sugar factory site on Brooklyn’s Williamsburg waterfront. This stunning development, located at 8 S. 4th St., consists of two connected towers standing tall at 55 and 39 stories.

According to Jed Walentas, CEO of Two Trees Management, “One Domino Square is truly one-of-a-kind and our sales and leasing success proves that consumers recognize and value exceptional quality over generic options.” He goes on to express his excitement for this project’s execution – from its striking porcelain exterior to its luxurious amenities and beautifully designed homes – as well as how seamlessly it fits in with neighboring buildings within the larger Domino site.

Serving as a cornerstone for the entire campus, One Domino Square spans across an impressive 11 acres along the waterfront. It offers both condominiums and rental apartments along with over 45,000 square feet of top-notch indoor/outdoor wellness facilities spread out across five floors.
