Kiser Group, a real estate brokerage firm, recently completed the sale of two multifamily properties in Chicago’s North Lawndale neighborhood. The first property, located at 1143 S. St. Louis Avenue, was sold for $515,000 by brokers Jack Petrando and Noah Clark at a rate of $85,800 per unit. The property was fully occupied and listed in May 2024 and presented an attractive opportunity for the buyer Doubles Realty LLC to add value.
This transaction marks Kiser Group’s fourth successful multifamily sale in North Lawndale this quarter as investors are drawn to the area’s high rental demand and ongoing growth.
In addition to this sale, Kiser Group also arranged the purchase of another fully occupied multifamily property near Douglass Park for $550
