Two historic buildings in Taylor, Texas have recently undergone full renovations and are now available for purchase. The McCrory-Timmerman and Titsworth buildings, originally constructed in 1888, offer a combined total of 45,000 square feet of office space and restaurants. Additionally, these properties feature loft apartments.

The current asking price for these renovated gems is $15.8 million. Judy Blundell and Mark Nibbelink dedicated ten years to the meticulous restoration process before successfully leasing out the majority of the spaces within both structures. Partners’ Aaron Gill and Todd Mahler are currently handling the listing.

According to recent reports from Austin Business Journal , Taylor was once a thriving community over fifty years ago; however, many changes occurred over time resulting in numerous vacant or neglected buildings throughout downtown area.

Fortunately though,the city has experienced significant growth as evidenced by an influx of new businesses such as restaurants,breweries,bicycle shops,and coffee houses that have emerged to cater specifically towards Samsung’s multi-billion dollar chip fabrication plant located nearby.This development has brought thousands of individuals who will be supporting its operations,making it clear that downtown Taylor is poised for a bustling revival once again.
