Entre Commercial Realty recently announced the sale of a 12,762-square-foot building on 2.7 acres and leasing of a 12,400-square-foot maintenance building on 7.3 acres located at 4360 Conifer Court in Union Grove, Wisconsin to O & M Excavating & Grading – a manufacturer that produces machines for concrete production, transport and placement. Entre presented both sites as part of one package which resulted in the deal being secured shortly after listing the properties.
