"Two Lease Renewals Signed for Boutique Bryant Park Offices"

Two tenants have renewed their leases for a total of 20,000 square feet at Jack Resnick & Sons’ boutique office building, located at 8 W. 40th St. in Midtown Manhattan’s Bryant Park neighborhood. Middlegate Securities will continue to occupy its two-floor space of 13,334 square feet for an additional ten years while technology company Merlyn Mind has extended its lease for another two years in their current space of 6,667 square feet.

According to Jonathan Resnick, president of Jack Resnick & Sons, the decision by both companies to renew their leases is a testament to the strong relationships with them and the high quality and prime location of the building near iconic Bryant Park.

The transactions were facilitated by executive managing director Brett Greenberg and managing director Fran Delgorio from Jack Resnick & Sons’ in-house team. Middlegate Securities was represented by Benjamin Blumenthal and Ralph Chattah from Noah & Co., while Evan Algier and Nick Masi from Cushman & Wakefield represented Merlyn Mind.
