**Developer Duo to Deliver Two Texas A&M Student Housing Developments**
Subtext and equity partner Larson Capital Management have announced plans for two new student housing developments, EVER and VERVE College Station. Located in the Northgate Entertainment District, this two-phase project will cater to students of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
EVER College Station, situated at 401 Stasney Street, will be a seven-story building offering 545 beds across 176 units. Just across Cross Street, VERVE College Station at 311 Stasney Street will rise to 21 stories, featuring 1,193 beds across 382 units and 882 parking spaces.
Both properties will provide a range of floor plans, from studios to five-bedroom apartments, along with extensive amenities. The developments will include over 29,000 square feet of indoor amenities and an additional 26,000 square feet of outdoor spaces.
OHT Partners has been selected as the general contractor for EVER, while Hoar Construction will oversee VERVE. Construction on the first phase of the project is set to begin in Summer 2025. EVER College Station is expected to be completed in Summer 2027, with VERVE College Station following in Summer 2028.
