Twin Cities Business Park Reaches Full Occupancy – Master-Planned Success!

CBRE announced that Blaine35, a master-planned business park comprising three buildings totaling 317,400 square feet in the Twin Cities suburb of Blaine, MN has been fully leased. Action Target, a shooting range equipment manufacturer leased 31,120 square feet in Building A and plans to occupy the space next month. Additionally Aspect Automation an automated manufacturing solutions provider took possession of Building B which is 98,900-square-feet and will move into the space in November 2023 bringing the park to 100% occupancy.
Dan Swartz and Austin Lovin from CBRE handled lease negotiations on behalf of developer Artis REIT who acquired development site located at 8611 8700 & 8650 West 35W Service Dr NE back in May 2021 before beginning construction on 118 350 sqft facility Building A June 2021 with completion for both Buildings C & B following December 2022 & September 2022 respectively.
