**Nexus Cos. Breaks Ground on Luxury Senior Living Community in Dallas’ Turtle Creek**
Nexus Companies has unveiled plans for a luxurious new senior living development in Dallas’ upscale Turtle Creek neighborhood. The 20-story, 193-unit project is designed to offer high-end amenities and an elevated lifestyle tailored to older adults, with standout features including a chauffeured Mercedes-Benz limousine service.
The development will feature a wide array of resort-style amenities such as an indoor saline pool and jacuzzi, a comprehensive health and wellness facility, sports lounge, golf simulator, library, 4K movie theater, beauty salon, art studio, and dedicated spaces for yoga and Pilates. Residents will also enjoy access to a large pavilion built for special events, as well as a family party room complete with a bowling alley, arcade, photo booth, and dining area.
The $180 million project has secured construction financing through Beal Bank, along with equity investment funding. The community is expected to be completed by late 2027.
Construction is already underway on the 1.37-acre site located at 2505 Turtle Creek Boulevard. HKS Inc. is serving as the architect for the project, while Andres Construction is the general contractor overseeing the build.
