**Turnbridge Equities Signs Long-Term Lease with TWTH Express in Bayonne, NJ**

Turnbridge Equities has secured a long-term industrial lease with TWTH Express for 255,069 square feet at 169 Pulaski Street in Bayonne, New Jersey. The leased space is part of a larger three-building warehouse portfolio and was previously occupied by Waitex Global under a sale-leaseback agreement.

Turnbridge acquired the property in April and is currently undertaking a $12 million renovation and repositioning project to modernize the facility. The improvements are aimed at supporting modern logistics operations and enhancing the property’s long-term value.

“We’re excited to welcome TWTH to the property and continue our momentum in stabilizing this highly strategic asset,” said Ryan Nelson, Managing Principal at Turnbridge. “The Bayonne location offers unbeatable access to the Port of New York and New Jersey, as well as both New Jersey and New York City. We’re confident that our future improvements will further enhance the site’s value for modern logistics users.”

Representing Turnbridge in the deal was Russell Verducci of NAI Global. TWTH Express was represented by Chris Okada of Okada & Company and Emanuel Westfried of Two Bins Capital.
