Tulalip Resort Casino Completes $60 Million Renovation and Expansion

The Tulalip Resort Casino has completed a major $60 million renovation project that includes a 70,250-square-foot expansion, upgraded guest rooms and suites, a redesigned lobby, expanded meeting spaces, and a refreshed casino floor.

With the recent updates, the total square footage of the casino now stands at 270,250. This expansion is part of a broader, multi-year construction initiative expected to be fully completed by late 2026. As part of the enhancements, more than 400 additional slot machines have been added, increasing the total to over 2,600.

Owned and operated by the Tulalip Tribes of Washington, the resort is located just north of Everett. This renovation represents the largest investment in the property since its original construction in 2008. The casino itself first opened in 2003 with a construction cost of $78 million. A 12-story hotel with 370 guest rooms was later added in 2008.

Currently, the resort features 30,000 square feet of event space, a full-service spa, and a 3,000-seat amphitheater, reinforcing its status as a premier destination in the region.
