Tuesday Morning Warehouse Receiving Major Renovation

Recently, the industrial property on Inwood Road in Farmers Branch was a bustling last-mile distribution center for one of the nation’s most popular discount retailers. Real estate investment firms M2G Ventures and Pennybacker Capital are now redeveloping this 1.1 million square foot industrial space, formerly owned by Tuesday Morning before their bankruptcy.

Inbound on Inwood is a 46-acre assemblage that provides leasing options ranging from 7,000 to its total 1.1 million square feet with parking spaces, offices and front-load, rear-load or cross dock options available as well. Lee and Associates along with Rich Young Company have been assigned to handle all leasing inquiries for these former Tuesday Morning distribution facilities undergoing major revamp efforts currently underway.
