Tucson Foothills Mall Unveils Exciting "Big Reveal"

Tucson Developer Don Bourn recently announced the “Big Reveal” of his two-million-square-foot, $500 million project, Uptown. Located on a 51 acre site at the former Foothills Mall, this mixed-use and high density urban village will include high end residences and public entertainment space. Pima County has already approved up to 10 story buildings for the project.

The initial build out is expected to be completed in Summer 2025 with 5,000 square feet of new retail as well as 500 residential units between a boutique hotel and mid rise apartment building with rooftop pool on its fifth floor. Additional plans include more apartments, restaurants, giant splash pad & concert area outdoor screen & multilevel parking garage for visitors convenience .
