**MC Companies Secures $40.5M Financing for Tucson Apartment Community**
MC Companies has secured $40.5 million in construction take-out financing for The Place at Silverbell, a 300-unit apartment community located in Tucson, Arizona.
The financing was arranged by JLL, which worked on behalf of MC Companies to secure a floating-rate loan through the JLL Real Estate Capital (JREC) balance sheet program. The JLL Capital Markets team was led by Brad Miner and Drew Lydon.
The Place at Silverbell Gateway features units that average 1,104 square feet, with rental rates ranging from $1,319 to $5,516. The community offers a range of amenities including a pool, spa, fitness center, grilling area, and clubhouse.
Strategically located along Silverbell Road in Tucson’s northwest corridor, the development adds to MC Companies’ growing portfolio. The firm currently owns and manages 7,600 units, with an additional 1,371 units in development across 29 communities in eight different markets.
