The Courtyard by Marriott Tucson Airport Hotel, located at 2505 E Executive Drive in Tucson, recently sold for $14.2 million ($95,268 per room) through an auction. The 149-room hotel was marketed with a high occupancy rate of 75% at the time of sale.

Represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Ebrahim Valliani and Michael Klar, the seller was Skyline Investments from Toronto, Ontario in Canada. RI Marketplace also participated in the offering.

Conveniently situated near I-10 and less than a mile from Tucson International Airport, this three-story hotel offers easy access for travelers. Originally built in 1988 and recently renovated in 2021,the property is well-equipped to cater to both business and leisure guests looking for a premium experience at an affordable price point.
