The Courtyard by Marriott Tucson Airport Hotel, located at 2505 E Executive Drive in Tucson, was recently sold at auction for $14.2 million ($95,268 per room). The hotel features 149 rooms and had a strong occupancy rate of 75% at the time of sale.

Represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Ebrahim Valliani and Michael Klar, the seller was Skyline Investments from Toronto, Ontario in Canada. RI Marketplace also played a role in marketing the property.

Conveniently situated with direct access to I-10 and less than one mile away from Tucson International Airport, this three-story hotel is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking a high-quality experience at an affordable price. Recently renovated in 2021 after being built in 1988, it offers amenities such as private balconies or patios for its twelve suites along with round-the-clock fitness facilities,dry cleaning/laundry services,elevator access,a bar,a deli,pool/spa,and meeting rooms.

This transaction involved selling the hotel without any existing debt attached to it.
