Trumark Homes has successfully completed the acquisition of a seven-acre portion of the Borel property in Danville, located at Fostoria Way and Camino Ramon. After extensive planning and entitlement efforts spanning over two years, construction is set to commence by the end of 2024 on this previously vacant site.
The development plans for this prime location include a market-rate townhome community consisting of 124 units spread across just over seven acres. The remaining ten acres will be preserved and transformed into an agricultural learning park under the guidance of East Bay Regional Park District.
According to Trumark’s Northern California division president Tony Bosowski, their team demonstrated dedication and sound judgement throughout this process. By working closely with various stakeholders including City officials, community members, and East Bay Regional Park District representatives, they were able to bring this project to fruition.
