Trumark Closes Escrow on Danville Townhome Development Site

Trumark Homes has successfully completed the purchase of seven acres of land from the 17-acre Borel property in Danville, located at Fostoria Way and Camino Ramon. This long-awaited project, which involved over two years of planning and entitlements, will finally begin construction by the end of 2024 after nearly 15 years of vacancy.

The development plans for this site include a market-rate townhome community consisting of 124 units on just over seven acres. The remaining ten acres will be preserved and transformed into an agricultural learning park by the East Bay Regional Park District.

According to Trumark’s Northern California division president Tony Bosowski, their team demonstrated dedication and expertise throughout this process while working closely with various stakeholders such as the City of Danville and East Bay Regional Park District. Their efforts have resulted in a successful closing on this project.

This recent acquisition marks another milestone for Trumark Homes as they continue to expand their presence in Northern California’s real estate market.
