### TruCore Investments Acquires Industrial Facility in Lansing

TruCore Investments has acquired a fully leased, 30,770-square-foot industrial facility located at 4908 Contec Drive in Lansing, Michigan.

The transaction was facilitated by Christopher Miller of Martin Commercial Properties. TruCore secured the property through a direct acquisition, bypassing a competitive bid process.

Built in 1999, the facility spans 2.20 acres and includes 24,050 square feet of warehouse space and 6,720 square feet of office space. It is fully leased to Extend Your Reach, a full-service mail and marketing company.

“Lansing is an underrated industrial market with strong growth potential,” said Zach Harris, Managing Director of TruCore Investments. “Its central location, affordable industrial space, and strong manufacturing ecosystem make it an ideal hub for tenants seeking logistical efficiency and access to a skilled workforce.”

Situated within a well-established industrial park, the facility offers convenient access to key economic centers, including Michigan State University, General Motors’ Delta Assembly Plant, and the new GM/LG Ultium Cells Battery Plant.
