TruAmerica Multifamily has recently acquired the Parkway Townhomes, a property consisting of 234 townhomes situated at 2675 Windmill Parkway in Henderson, NV. This acquisition marks TruAmerica’s fifteenth property in the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
Under previous ownership, the property underwent renovations totaling over $3 million. TruAmerica intends to continue with its unit interior renovation program and implement further enhancements to common areas. According to Matt Ferrari of TruAmerica, “Henderson’s proximity to Las Vegas makes it an ideal location for continued growth. This acquisition aligns perfectly with our expansion plans.”
The asset is located in Green Valley, an affluent neighborhood within Henderson where average household income is approximately 23% higher than that of the overall Las Vegas metro area. The Parkway Townhomes are just minutes away from popular destinations such as the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran Airport and are also conveniently surrounded by shopping centers. Additionally, Lake Mead and Lake Las Vegas can be reached within a short drive.
Built in 1995, this community offers residents access to amenities such as a pool and fitness center.
