She will also take on a mentorship role for incoming team members, reinforcing the firm’s ongoing regional growth initiatives.
**Michael Gold to Lead Northern California and Operational Strategy**

**Erica Joseph to Lead Desert Region**
Erica Joseph, who joined TruAmerica in 2021 from Cushman & Wakefield, will now oversee both the Las Vegas and Phoenix markets, consisting of nearly 40 properties. In her new expanded role, she will lead the larger Desert Region portfolio, which includes approximately 12,000 units. Joseph has demonstrated strong leadership in streamlining operations, executing successful projects, and mentoring team members, making her well-suited for this expanded responsibility. She will be supported in this role by Aaron Hansen and Tim Prunotto.

These leadership changes underscore TruAmerica’s focus on evolving its operational structure while investing in internal talent to support its long-term strategic vision.
