Lee & Associates of Illinois successfully negotiated a lease extension for Tru Vue, a leading manufacturer of glazing and glass products, at 9400 W. 55th Street in McCook, Illinois. The one-story Class A industrial building spans over 229,200 square feet and features top-of-the-line amenities such as HVAC climate control systems and ESFR sprinklers.
Tom Condon, SIOR (principal at Lee & Associates) along with Fischer and Co., represented Tru Vue while Terry Grapenthin and Ryan Earley (principals with Lee & Associates) represented the owner High Street Logistics Properties in the negotiation process. According to Condon: “The market dynamics were not favorable for an automatic extension but thanks to both parties’ willingness to compromise we were able to reach a win-win agreement.”
