Trion Properties, a private equity real estate firm specializing in multifamily investments with offices in West Hollywood and Miami, has promoted Lauren Feder to the position of Director of Asset Management.
Feder joined Trion in 2019 as an Acquisitions Associate and has since been instrumental in completing several portfolio-level transactions for the firm including refinancing, recapitalization and acquisitions. In her new role she will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive oversight of all assets owned by Trion including creating business plans & objectives; marketing strategies; leasing plans; renovation projects & budgets. She will also closely monitor financial performance while analyzing financial statements to ensure that operating adjustments are made towards achieving desired leasing goals & revenue targets.
