A trio of developers has announced their plans for a new sports entertainment district in downtown Orlando. SED Development, JMA Ventures, and Machete Group are teaming up to create an 8.5-acre mixed-use project next to Amway Center.
This expansive development will serve as a vibrant gathering place with various amenities such as a hotel, high-rise residential units, live music venue, office space, and multiple dining options.
