LV Lending recently closed a $16 million refinancing deal for a prime .69-acre development site in the highly sought-after Brickell neighborhood. The property, located at 143 SW 9th St., between 2nd and 1st SW Avenue, is set to be developed into Menesse Brickell, an impressive 39-story rental tower featuring luxurious amenities and over 400 apartments. This financing was secured on behalf of the borrower, Menesse International LLC.
Menesse International LLC is a joint venture between renowned developers Menesse Condos and Investee, along with Miami-based Lucid Investment Group. The JV acquired the development site in July of last year for $23.5 million and has collaborated with top architectural firm Behar Font to design this exceptional project. Construction is expected to begin in Q2 of next year on what is currently home to a four-story apartment complex (see photo).
