A collaboration between Braves Development, SK Commercial Realty, and Goldenrod Companies is underway for a mixed-use development in Cobb County. The project, known as “The Henry,” will feature 650 apartments, 54 condos, a 250-key hotel from the Autograph Collection by Marriott International and retail space. It is expected to open at the end of 2026 or early 2027.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports that Tower I will house the apartments and condos while Tower II will include the hotel. Planned amenities for the hotel include a rooftop bar on its top floor with stunning views of Atlanta’s skyline, as well as a steakhouse and bar in its lobby area. Other features such as an infinity pool and fitness center are also planned.
In addition to these amenities, there will be conference rooms available for events along with areas designated for retail spaces connected by pedestrian bridges throughout The Henry complex.
Goldenrod Companies along with their partners have ownership over this exciting new development set to transform Cobb County’s landscape.
