Trinity Property Consultants has expanded its multifamily portfolio with the acquisition of a 300-unit residential tower at 789 Hammond Drive in Sandy Springs. The property traded for $53 million and was built in 1999. Previously known as The Eva, the high-rise has now been rebranded as ReNew Perimeter View.
The tower offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Shared amenities at the community include a swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, supporting its positioning as an institutional-quality multifamily asset within the Sandy Springs rental market. Ascent Residential sold the property to Trinity Property Consultants in the latest transaction.
The residential tower has seen significant trading activity over the past decade. According to reporting from the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Eva Apartments OP LLC purchased the high-rise in 2023 for $73.5 million. Prior to that, an entity tied to Magnolia Capital acquired the property in 2017 for just over $62 million. The new $53 million sale price marks the latest entry in a sequence of ownership changes for the asset.
The property's recent rebranding as ReNew Perimeter View follows Trinity's acquisition and aligns the tower with the company's broader multifamily platform. While the article does not detail any renovation or repositioning plans, the new name signals a refreshed identity for the 1999-vintage building as it transitions to Trinity's ownership.
Trinity Property Consultants is already an active multifamily player in the metro Atlanta area. The firm operates 10 other properties across the region as part of its national portfolio. These existing holdings are located in Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Decatur, and Marietta, underscoring Trinity's established presence in key suburban and in-town submarkets.
With the closing of the ReNew Perimeter View acquisition, Trinity adds another sizable community to its metro Atlanta footprint. The deal also extends the property's record of recurring investment sales activity, reflecting ongoing institutional interest in stabilized, amenitized multifamily assets in and around Sandy Springs.
