Trinity Capital Launches New Charlotte-Area Logistics Park

Trinity Capital Advisors has recently completed the sale of Interchange Logistics Park, a state-of-the-art industrial building located in Huntersville. The property was acquired by Clarion Partners for an impressive price of $28.3 million, equating to over $125 per square foot. This newly constructed building was fully leased to SEG Systems and marks another successful project for Trinity Capital.

The development of Interchange Logistics Park began in late 2021 after Trinity Capital announced their plans for the project. Construction commenced last year with Edifice Inc as the general contractor and Merriman Schmitt Architects leading design efforts.

According to reports from Charlotte Business Journal, Clarion Partners has been actively involved in notable deals within the Charlotte industrial market including their recent acquisition of Beacon Partners’ Metrolina Park development for a whopping $201 million.

This latest transaction highlights Trinity Capital’s expertise in developing high-quality properties that attract top-tier tenants and investors alike.
