American Healthcare REIT, Inc., based in Irvine, has exercised its option to purchase the remaining 24% minority membership interest in Trilogy REIT Holdings, LLC from their joint venture partner. As a result of this acquisition, AHR now owns 100% of Trilogy Holdings and its Integrated Senior Health Campuses. The transaction was completed on Friday for a total all-cash price of approximately $258 million. AHR used funds from their recent equity offering to finance the acquisition.
According to Danny Prosky, president and CEO of American Healthcare REIT: “We are committed to our partnership with Trilogy Management Services, LLC as our operating partner and will continue providing top-quality care for the communities we serve through our campuses.” He also expressed excitement about potential future growth opportunities that may arise as a result of this transaction.
