### Tricon Breaks Ground on Corona Build-to-Rent Community

Tricon Residential Inc., a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, has officially broken ground on Tricon Corona, a new build-to-rent (BTR) community in the Inland Empire. Developed in partnership with Foremost Pacific Group and constructed by Woodbridge Pacific Group, the project will deliver 38 single-family rental homes.

“There’s a significant need for more housing across California, but supply constraints remain a key hurdle,” said Andrew Carmody, senior managing director at Tricon Residential. “Tricon is proud to build and develop more homes that allow families to live in communities with high-quality schools, easily accessible employment opportunities, and local amenities, all at prices well below the cost of ownership.”

Tricon Corona will feature a selection of one- and two-story homes, offering three- and four-bedroom floor plans, two-car garages, and fully fenced backyards. Residents will also have access to Tricon Vantage, a suite of financial resources aimed at helping them achieve their financial goals and improve their overall financial well-being.
