TRIBE, a revolutionary movement and wellness school founded by Lola Manekin, Barri DeFrancisci, and Gary Grisham, is preparing to launch on April 6th at its location on 107 E. These include AntiGravity Fitness, Calisthenics training methods such as Dance and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Pilates exercises for core strength development; Yoga sessions that focus on balance between mind & body; Recovery programs featuring infrared sauna therapy & cold plunge treatments; Healing practices like breathwork sessions or meditation classes with sound baths available too!
