Tri Pointe Homes, Inc., one of the largest homebuilders in the country, has announced its latest project: Alterra. This 62-home neighborhood will be located in Newcastle, Washington and is expected to have homes starting at $2 million. The community’s address is 13736 SE 85th Street and it offers direct access to the expansive Newcastle Trail System which connects to over 35 miles of hiking trails in Cougar Mountain Regional Wildlife area. Additionally, living in Newcastle provides easy access to major tech hubs such as Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland and Seattle.
The homes at Alterra were designed by Emmy award-winning TV host and design expert Bobby Berk. This marks Berk’s third collaboration with Tri Pointe Homes in the Puget Sound area; he previously worked on projects in Kirkland and Glacier Pointe at Tehaleh.
