The Topping Off ceremony for One Rangers Way, a 300-unit rental community located near Globe Life Field and other major sports stadiums in Arlington’s Entertainment District, was recently celebrated by The Texas Rangers and The Cordish Companies. This marks the completion of the exterior of the community, which is set to open in January 2025. With this project, Dallas aims to capitalize on the current trend of professional sports teams offering more than just game experiences but also a desirable lifestyle.

In order to gain more insight into this exciting development, representatives from The Cordish Companies and The Texas Rangers were asked about their plans for One Rangers Way.

When it comes to potential tenants for One Rangers Way, there has been strong interest from various demographics across Dallas-Fort Worth and even throughout Texas as a whole. This includes local business owners, families looking for convenient housing options near popular attractions like Globe Life Field and AT&T Stadium (home of both the Cowboys and Cowboys fans). Additionally,

some prospective renters see these luxury apartments as an ideal second home that they can use during game nights or weekend trips.

While subletting is not allowed at One Rangers Way due to its high-end nature,
