Transwestern Real Estate Services has expanded its Consulting Services capabilities with the addition of Asia Lamar as Senior Director of Client Strategy. Based in Chicago, Lamar will lead portfolio optimization engagements and forge strategic partnerships between the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Transwestern, she was Director of Consulting for Technology and Business Intelligence at Avison Young where she developed a proprietary portfolio tool that generated over $2 million in revenue. With nearly 20 years’ experience working for companies such as Newmark Knight Frank and Theron Technology Solutions in the private equity/venture capital space, Lamar holds a bachelor’s degree in Africana & Latin American studies from Colgate University.
