**Transwestern Marketing Sale of Meadow Lane Apartments in Baltimore**

Transwestern Real Estate Services’ Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Group has been retained to sell Meadow Lane Apartments, a 395-unit property located at 4431 Alan Drive in Baltimore. The sale of the garden-style community is being marketed by Transwestern’s Dean Sigmon, Robin Williams, and Michael D’Amelio on behalf of its third-generation owner and manager.

Meadow Lane is strategically positioned adjacent to the Wilkens Avenue exit 12E from I-695 in Catonsville, offering convenient access to major roadways throughout Baltimore. The property is just one exit away from I-95 and provides connectivity to key locations such as Inner Harbor, Harbor East, Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium, BWI Airport, Columbia, MD, and Washington, D.C., which is only a 35-minute drive away.

According to Transwestern research, the Southwest Baltimore County submarket experienced effective rent growth of 2.7% during the 12 months ending December 2024. The area’s vacancy rate stands at 5.1%, making it one of the lowest in the Baltimore region.

“In-place leased rents are $300 below market on month-to-month terms with low turnover, and most units remain in their original condition, presenting significant upside potential through strategic property improvements and repositioning,” said Sigmon.
