Transwestern Brokers Full-Building Lease in DC’s Capitol Riverfront

Transwestern Real Estate Services’ Mid-Atlantic Retail Services team has successfully brokered a full-building lease for Social Supply LLC at 200 Tingey Street Southeast in Washington, D.C. The lease spans 12,397 square feet.

Connor McCarthy of Transwestern represented the property owner, Anfield Tingey LLC, an affiliate of Anfield Holdings. Victor Dambrosia and Jared Colletti from The Genau Group represented the tenant, Social Supply LLC.

Anfield Holdings recently completed a $10 million redevelopment and repositioning of the historic former Navy Yard substation. Social Supply plans to convert the space into “Supplyhouse DC,” a new venue designed for social and corporate events. The venue is slated to open in early 2026.

“We are looking forward to contributing on an even greater scale to the city and industry that has been so gracious to us,” said Ryan Ryskamp, Co-Founder of Social Supply.

Located in the vibrant Capitol Riverfront district, the property features 12,000 square feet of outdoor space and over 140 feet of street frontage. It is just a two-minute walk from the Navy Yard–Ballpark Metro station and is surrounded by a host of amenities, including more than 155 retail destinations.
