Chris Jackson, CEO of NAI Capital Commercial, along with EVP Todd Lorber and VP Lucy Hartford from the Investment Services Group in the Encino office recently closed a $4.4 million deal for an industrial investment property in Palmdale. The 22,448-square-foot building was sold by seller 38960 Trade Center Drive LLC and purchased by a private trust.
Located on 51,007 square feet of land in Los Angeles County’s Antelope Valley region, this freestanding building was built in 2004 and is fully leased to Bimbo Bakeries USA. This company produces popular baked goods such as Sara Lee products, Thomas’ English Muffins, Oroweat breads and more.
According to Jackson: “This transaction highlights the strong demand for well-positioned single-tenant industrial properties within Los Angeles County. With its long-term lease to globally recognized tenant Bimbo Bakeries USA , this asset presented an exceptional investment opportunity for our buyer.”
